We use a minimal set of cookies and similar storage to make MagicalStory work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Strictly necessary

• Session cookie — keeps you logged in. Required for the site to function.
• CSRF token — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery.

Functional (local storage)

• Draft cache — stores your in-progress story locally so you don’t lose work on refresh.
• UI preferences — remembers small things like the last voice you picked.

No tracking

We do not load third-party advertising pixels, social trackers, or cross-site analytics. Simple aggregate metrics come from server logs only.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser at any time. Logging out also ends your session.
