Welcome to MagicalStory. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to hold an account. The service is intended for parents, guardians, educators, and creators making stories for children.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you have the right to use — typically of your own child, or with the guardian’s consent.
• Don’t try to generate disallowed content (violence, sexual content, hate, etc.).
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don’t use the service to impersonate or harass anyone.

4. User content & ownership

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the stories you generate for personal use. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you.

5. Commercial use

Personal, family, and classroom use is always allowed. Commercial rights require a Business plan.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time packs do not renew. All prices are in USD unless noted.

7. Refunds

If something goes wrong with generation (failed story, broken images), open a ticket within 14 days and we’ll regenerate or refund. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

8. AI-generated content

Stories and illustrations are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. Always review content before sharing with a child.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll email you or post a notice for material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
