Delete anytime

You own your stories and your data. Remove anything with one click — no forms, no emails, no waiting.

Delete a single story

Open any story from your library and click Delete. The text, images, audio, and source photo are removed immediately.

Delete your whole account

From Support, request account deletion and every story, photo, and profile record is erased within 24 hours.

Permanent within 30 days

Backups are rotated on a 30-day cycle; after that, deleted data is gone for good.

Export before you leave

Download your stories as PDFs so you keep the memories even if you delete your account.

Data request

Request a copy of all data we hold about you from the Support page under “Account”.

Legally required minimums

We may retain minimal billing records for tax/legal compliance — never story content or photos.

How to delete

  1. Go to My Stories.
  2. Open the story you want to remove.
  3. Click the Delete button and confirm.
  4. For full-account deletion, visit Support and open a ticket categorized “Account”.
